The Cape Town Design Nerds create spaces for interdisciplinary dialogue, collaboration, and design

Founded in 2022 as an affiliate of the Vancouver Design Nerds Society, the Cape Town Design Nerds are a network of students and academics who facilitate opportunities for young people to engage with the world around them in critical, creative, and playful ways.

We work with schools and higher education institutions to develop and host Design Jams that encourage learners to think beyond the structured confines of their curricula.
